Performance Reporting

Client Need: A $100+ billion automobile finance company requested assistance with the development of a consolidated collector performance reporting system for its multiple service centers to allow for peer comparison, statistical analysis, and ad hoc reporting capability.

Solution: BenchMark Consulting developed system business requirements; consolidated data using data mapping tables; identified key performance metrics for peer comparison; designed and developed performance reports with statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting capabilities. A new reporting system was designed and implemented with user training provided on capabilities and functionality.

Result: Annual savings of $600,000 were achieved from the reduction in system support analysts and $1 million annual reduction in delinquency and losses was projected.
