Client Need: A $15 billion bank acquired a new retail delivery system and wanted to fully leverage system benefits by redesigning teller and platform business processes.

BenchMark then completed a gap analysis to determine opportunities for improvement. From this gap analysis, business process and customer service delivery improvements were recommended utilizing new system functionality.
