Party Servicing Sales Improvement
Client Need: An $8 billion auto finance company with a low closure rate on third
party servicing opportunities was interested in exploring improvement options.
Solution: BenchMark conducted a customer satisfaction survey, interviewed all sales personnel
and assessed the current operating environment including organization, systems,
marketing materials and responses to RFPs. From this assessment, recommendations
for closure improvement were developed and delivered.
Results: Identification of over 150 new sales opportunities and the development
of three new servicing relationships were completed.
