Cash Settlement Analysis

Client Need: A super-regional bank wanted assistance determining whether its centralized ATM and Cash Settlement processes and metrics were efficient, effective and scalable. The client was also interested in a current/future state analysis from which gaps could be identified and plans to address bridging these gaps could be developed.

Solution: BenchMark and a client team conducted interviews and made observations from which process evaluations and recommendations were made. Recommendations addressed efficiency, risk and scalability for supporting additional volume anticipated from a pending acquisition.

Results: Client will realize over $750,000 in annual savings from implementation.
