Securitized Portfolio Sub-Servicer to GL Interface

Client Need: The Auto Finance Division of a regional bank was experiencing sub-servicer to general ledger interface issues in its securitized portfolio and requested that BenchMark manage and facilitate planned GL interface programming changes.

Solution: BenchMark determined that the proposed changes would not resolve the bank’s accounting and reconcilement interface issues and proposed an alternative solution with substantially lower implementation risk and cost while achieving the original goal.

Results : Resolved interface issues at substantially less risk to the bank with a programming cost avoidance of $50,000+.
