Client Need: The indirect auto financing division of a super-regional bank sought to evaluate the expansion of its dealer product line to include a wide breadth of lending, banking and employment services activities.

Solution:
BenchMark assessed the bank’s current products, services and infrastructure related to the additional services under consideration. BenchMark also conducted a competitive gap analysis and customer survey, identified the opportunities and challenges and made recommendations regarding the new product line under consideration.
