Loan Servicing Assessment

Client Need: A regional bank is currently utilizing an aging loan accounting system that has long been sundowned.  There is not a significant financial incentive to upgrade and minimal FTE savings can be found due to declining volume within bank market.

Solution: BenchMark documented process enhancements and assisted in the development an interface between the origination system and existing loan accounting system to streamline the approximate 70% of volume that is decisioned through this channel.

Results: Implementation of process enhancements and new interface will result in streamlining common tasks, eliminating manual efforts and automating labor-intensive processes required by an outdated loan accounting system.
