Small Business Lending Assessment
Client Need: A North American regional bank wanted to better understand their performance in relation to high performing small business lenders and how they might become a high performing small business lending unit.
Solution: BenchMark reviewed and documented the current operating environment including workflows, processes and procedures at the bank’s multiple sites. The client’s current performance was compared to that of high performing small business lenders in the BenchMark database. From that analysis, a road map that included all bank business partners was developed outlining how the client might achieve its high performer vision for change.
Results: The client validated the BenchMark road map and indicated a strong desire to expand the scope to the entire organization with BenchMark’s assistance and expertise across the organization.
