Home Equity Research Survey

Client Need: A software provider requested assistance from BenchMark to conduct a personalized phone survey to determine current practices of top U.S. home equity lenders.

Solution: BenchMark worked with the client to identify the prospective lenders that would be included in the survey as well as the specific questions that would be included in the telephone survey.  As part of the survey process, each participant received a complimentary copy of the summary survey results.

Results: BenchMark generated a high level of lender response to the survey.  The results of the survey provided information on current home equity lending practices as well as future plans for change.
