Client Need: A $10 billion bank recognized its need to consider the feasibility of an enterprise-wide imaging solution to improve operating efficiencies and service levels, and to reduce paper storage costs.

Solution: Senior management was interviewed to obtain their expectations of enterprise-wide imaging costs and benefits. All business assumptions and functional area processes were documented. A vendor selection analysis and proposed network architecture enabling imaging technology were prepared. Financial benefits and payback timelines were produced for the client.

Results: Identified cost of implementation $2.9 million over a three-year period with financial benefits of $3.3 million.
