Mortgage Servicing Lien Release

Client Need: A large national mortgage bank requested assistance with the migration of its outsourced lien release processing to in-house processing.

Solution: BenchMark documented the work performed by the outsourced vendor and developed the process for migrating the work, and provided onsite management at the vendor’s location to mitigate operational risk and control the transition of work

Results: All vendor work in process was successfully transitioned to client facility, records were moved to the archive location and all legal and agency relationships were revoked.
