Client Need: A $60 billion super regional bank requested management assistance with the development of business requirements for branch platform and teller system interface technology to host applications from a large branch acquisition, and relocation of branch operations functions.
Solution: Data conversion charts and maps were developed from which conversion issues were identified. BenchMark provided alternative processing methods based on industry knowledge.. BenchMark conducted conversion project meetings, escalating issues as required for resolution and coached client project managers.
Results: BenchMark completed data conversions and met or exceeded all project milestone dates with acceptance of results from the various business lines and stakeholders.
