Client Need: A fast growing Internet Bank had significant growth goals of increasing deposits by 50%. To accomplish this growth, it was critical that the bank have best-in-class deposit operations. Limited metrics and measurements were in place to validate performance or track performance trends.
Solution: BenchMark designed a new organizational structure with documented roles and responsibilities; designed and implemented new workflows to minimize handoffs, allow for easier management and tracking, and improve productivity and efficiency; and implemented volume tracking, performance metrics, and management reports.
Results: The Client will realize over $300,000 in savings over the next three years.
